Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no early-termination fees. Cancel from your portal billing page anytime and your plan runs to the end of the billing period you already paid for. On the annual plan you get a 30-day window: cancel in your first month for a full refund; after that the plan runs through the year and renewal is up to you.
What's in the Toolbox?
The Bedrock Toolbox is every tool we make under one login: Office (Donna handles the paperwork), Money (plain-English numbers), and Marketing (your brand everywhere). The SEO & GEO optimizer is included with Marketing and your website. It's $100 a month, or $1,000 a year if you'd rather pay once and save $200.
How does the website work if I have the Toolbox?
Everyone who builds a site pays the $200 build fee, charged when we build your site. After that, hosting is free with your Bedrock Toolbox subscription, so you never pay the $20 a month.
What happens to my domain if I leave?
Your domain, managed for you. We register, connect, and renew it while your plan is active. If you ever leave, we’ll release it to you so you can take it with you: for 30 days after your plan ends the domain stays live, and on request we unlock it and send you the transfer code so you can move it to any registrar. See the Terms for the fine print (a brand-new domain can’t switch registrars for its first 60 days, an ICANN rule, and the receiving registrar’s fees are yours).
When do I actually pay?
When you're ready to go live. Try everything free, no card up front: preview every tool and build your website at no cost. The Toolbox bills month to month from the day you subscribe, cancel anytime. The website is the pay-when-you're-happy part: you don't pay the build until you're happy with it and ready to put it live.
