That guarantee is about your website: build it, preview it, and you don't pay the build until you're happy with it and ready to go live. The Toolbox is simple month to month, cancel anytime.

When am I billed, and can I cancel anytime?
Everyone bills on the 1st of the month. Sign up mid-month and your first charge is prorated — just the days left in that month — then it’s the full price on the 1st from then on. Annual plans bill once a year from the day you start.
No contracts, no early-termination fees. Cancel from your portal billing page anytime and your plan runs to the end of the month you’ve already paid for. If you’re not happy, cancel within your first 30 days and we’ll refund your subscription payments, monthly or annual. The one-time $200 setup fee isn’t included, because that work and those costs happen right away. See the Terms, Sections 3 and 7.
What's in the Toolbox?
The Bedrock Toolbox is every tool we make under one login: Office (Donna handles the paperwork), Money (plain-English numbers), and Marketing (your brand everywhere). The SEO & GEO optimizer is included with Marketing and your website. It's $100 a month, or $1,000 a year if you'd rather pay once and save $200.
How does the website work if I have the Toolbox?
Everyone who builds a site pays the $200 build fee, charged when we build your site. After that, hosting is free with your Bedrock Toolbox subscription, so you never pay the $20 a month.
What happens to my domain if I leave?
Your domain, managed for you. We register it, connect it, and pay to renew it for as long as your plan is active. If your plan ends, we stop renewing it and it expires. We don’t transfer, sell, or buy back domains — so if you’d rather own your domain outright, register it yourself at any registrar and point it at your site. Then it’s yours no matter what happens to your plan. See the Terms, Section 4.
When do I actually pay?
When you're ready to go live. Try everything free, no card up front: preview every tool and build your website at no cost. The Toolbox bills month to month from the day you subscribe, cancel anytime. The website is the pay-when-you're-happy part: you don't pay the build until you're happy with it and ready to put it live.
