How you work with customers
Your plan, your bill, in one place.
Add a tool, drop one, apply a promo, or check out — all without leaving this page. Verified against your real Stripe subscriptions.
Add or change your subscription
Check the tools you want, then update your subscription. Tools you already own are marked and can't be re-added — use Change My Plan to adjust or cancel.
Two clean products: the Toolbox is $100/mo (or $1,000/yr) for every tool. A website is separate — a one-time $200 to build it, then $20/mo hosting that's free for as long as you have the Toolbox.

Getting started
What is Bedrock?
Bedrock is the back office for your trade business in one place — your website, your marketing, your operations (estimates, invoices, customers), and your finances. You stay on the job; Bedrock runs the office.
How do I set up my business?
Go to Settings → Business Profile. Your trade, services, service area, and contact info power everything else — your website pulls from it, and Donna (your assistant) uses it so you don’t re-type the same details over and over.
Who is Donna?
Donna is the built-in assistant. Ask her things like “who hasn’t paid me?” or “draft an estimate” right from the dashboard search bar. She only works from your real data — she won’t invent customers or numbers.
How do I get a tour of my account?
There’s a quick 30-second guided walkthrough that spotlights where everything lives: your tools, Donna, your Pulse, and your profile and plan. New accounts see it automatically the first time they open the dashboard.
To run it again anytime, open your dashboard, hit the Help button (bottom-right), and choose “Take the guided walkthrough.” Or jump straight in:
Website
Is the website really free to preview?
Yes. You can build and preview a full site for your trade for free. You only pay when you decide to launch it live. No card required to look around.
What does it cost to launch?
A one-time $200 build fee to set up and publish your site, then $20/month for hosting and your domain. You’ll always see the exact price and what’s included before you confirm any charge.
What happens when I launch?
We register your domain, publish your site, and point your new web address at it. You’ll get a confirmation once it’s live.
Who owns my domain?
Your domain is registered for your business and managed by Bedrock as part of your website subscription — we register, connect, and renew it at no extra charge while your plan is active. It lives in Bedrock’s registrar account so we can manage it for you, but it’s yours: if you ever leave, we’ll release it to you (see the next question).
What happens to my domain if I cancel?
Your website comes down at the end of your billing period, but your domain is yours to take with you. We keep it registered and live for 30 days after your plan ends — email [email protected] in that window and we’ll unlock it and send you the transfer code so you can move it to your own registrar. If you don’t claim it by then, the registration simply isn’t renewed. Export anything else you want to keep before you cancel.
Can I edit my site after it’s live?
Yes — open My Website → Build your free preview, make your changes, and re-publish.
I already have a website. Can Bedrock still help?
Yes. On the My Website page choose “Already have a website?” to run the SEO/GEO Optimizer — it scores your existing site and gives you a prioritized, plain-English fix list to strengthen how Google and AI search read your site.
Crew
How do my crew’s hours get into Bedrock?
The easiest way is Team Tracker: every crew member gets their own Bedrock clock-in app and taps Clock In/Out from their phone — their hours land here automatically. You can also type hours in manually, upload them with the Excel template, or upload a timesheet export from another app (Connecteam and similar). Once hours are in, Bedrock totals them for the week and calculates payroll from each person’s stored pay rate.
Why are my hours blank?
Either no one has logged time this week yet, or you haven’t added your crew under Crew first. Add your crew members and their rates, then log or import hours.
Do I need a separate time-tracking app?
No. Time tracking is built in — Team Tracker gives every crew member their own Bedrock clock-in app, so there’s nothing extra to buy or connect. Prefer your own system? You can still enter hours manually, use the Excel template, or upload a timesheet export from apps like Connecteam.
Office
How do I send an estimate or invoice?
Ask Donna (“draft an estimate”) or use the Office tab. You can preview it the way your customer will see it, then send or print.
What is “Get Paid” / invoice chasing?
Bedrock scans your unpaid and overdue invoices, ranks them by how much cash is on the line, and drafts a polite reminder for each. Nothing sends until you approve it, and it won’t double-chase the same invoice.
Money
Where do “Money owed” and my numbers come from?
From your invoices and, if you connect QuickBooks, your accounting data. Connect your tools under Integrations to keep these accurate. Before anything is connected, Bedrock shows empty states instead of made-up numbers.
Do I have to use QuickBooks?
No. QuickBooks makes Money richer, but you can run estimates and invoices without it.
Billing
What am I paying for, and when?
Your plan, price, and billing date are always shown before you confirm. You can see your current plan and renewal date any time under My Account → Billing.
Monthly or annual?
Both. Annual plans cost less over a year. You’ll see the exact savings at checkout before you pick.
How do I cancel?
My Account → Billing → Cancel. You keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Note: cancelling takes your site down, but your Bedrock-registered domain stays live for a 30-day release window and is yours to take with you — email us for the transfer code. See our Terms for the full policy.
Will I be charged during the free preview?
No. Building and previewing a website is free. You’re only charged when you choose to launch.
Privacy & security
Is my business data safe?
Your data is isolated to your account — other users can’t see it. Connections are encrypted, and we use a hosted payment processor (Stripe), so Bedrock never stores your card number.
Who can see my data?
Only you and anyone you invite to your account.
How do you handle my customers’ information?
We use it only to run the features you asked for (estimates, invoices, reminders). See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the full detail.
